Direct TV 500 Texas 2000
I was working in Oklahoma and got to go to my First race. The Direct TV 500 at Texas motor speedway. It was awesome. It was also Dale Earnhardt Jrs first Winston cup victory.

Stacy Compton smacked the turn 2 wall and pancaked the whole right side of his car.

Jeff Fuller crashed in turn 2 also.

Jeff Gordon and Bill Elliott had a little trouble in turn 2. Elliotts car climbed onto the front of Gordons car.

Dale Jarrett wrecked in turn 2 that day also. Pretty busy day for the turn 2 clean up crew.

Jerry Nadaeu also wrecked in turn 2.

Got to see Dale Earnhardt race that day. Left us way too soon Dale. Every nascar fan misses you.

Got to see old DW before he retired from driving.
